Obituary
REBA MARIE ARMSTRONG, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas was born on November 8, 1946 in San Diego, California daughter of Virgle Lynn Armstrong and Helen Marie (Dobbs) Armstrong.
She departed this life on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 71 years of age. Reba is survived by two sisters; Carol Marshall and her husband Danny of Steelville, Missouri; Linda Gregg of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; five nephews; John Marshall, Michael Gregg, Micah Marshall, Levi Gregg, Adam Gregg; one niece; Anna Carpenter; two beloved fur babies; Melody and Gio; several other great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Reba was a teacher most of her life. For over thirty years, the focus of Reba’s life was teaching English and drama, 19 of those years at The International School of Bangkok. She cherished all her students and considered them her extended family. Reba also loved spending time with her immediate family, playing games and engaging in stimulating conversations. All life was precious to Reba, she was a warrior and an advocate for the environment and animals. She came to love Eureka Springs and enjoyed her job as a ghost tour guide. Reba touched many hearts and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Eureka Springs Cemetery with Rabi Lennick officiating. Frank John Gigliotti, 64, of Kailua-Kona died June 9 at the Kona Community Hospital. Born in Springfield, Mass., he was an Army veteran, worked for the Social Security Administration until retirement and came to Hawaii May 2002 settling in Kailua Kona where he enjoyed scuba diving. Survived by wife, Carol Gigliotti of Kailua-Kona; and sister, Starnell (Howard) Franklin of North Carolina. Private services planned. Arrangements by A Hui Hou Crematory & Funeral Home of West Hawaii.
Received sad news that Frank Gigliotti (Class of ’66) died Monday night about 11:30 at a hospital in Kona, HI. His wife Carol said he was moved to a regular room from ICU preparatory to going to a hospice and seemed comfortable but then died in his sleep.

It is with a very heavy heart that my family and I say good bye to my brother Neal Waidelich class of 1971.
He had the best time at the last 2 reunions. I want to thank his friends that shared his past memories in Thailand and created many new memories for him. He had a big heart and would do anything for anyone.

Neal Dennis Waidelich, 66, passed away June 3, 2019. No memorial service is scheduled at this time.
Mr Waidelich was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He moved to DeLand in 1957. In 1966, he and his family moved to Bangkok, Thailand. Neal graduated from the International School Bangkok in 1971. While in Thailand he developed an interest in collecting Asian antique. After graduation, he lived in Hawaii for a few years going to school and working security at the airport. In 1976 he moved back to DeLand and began working for Caulkins Electric. He was always willing to help a friend if they needed it. He is survived by his daughter, Delaney, his mother Elaine along with his sister, Claudia and his two brother, Ron and Jeff.

I just wanted to let you know that I was her friend and think of her often, as well as the three people that perished with her. Had it not been for my sister Kendra I would have gone with her and Naldo and the brother and sister who died with her. There but for the grace of God go I. She is not forgotten even after 40 years.

I asked Gareth if he knew the names of the three other people that died in the wreck.
Mike and Christine Anderson were their names I think, they were brother and sister. Naldo was Brazilian or Portuguese. He was cremated 2-3 days later in Bangkok at a buddhist temple. I stood with his mother and father as the pyre burned. I can still smell the incense, the sickly sweet flowers everywhere and the smoke.

Hello, My name is Steven Trigg, I lived at Swiss Chateau (soi 67 sukhumvit rd) below the Webber family and knew Jutta… Ralph and Carla. We socialised and were friends. Jutta was like an angel, so friendly and gentle. My father came on the morning of the crash and told me… I was devastated. That day at ISB it was like a morgue. Her parents got the news as they embarked from a plane from Hong Kong. I saw the remains of the vehicle some time later… best regards, Steven Trigg

Mrs. Bunnag was a tall, attractive, Englishwoman who spoke flawless Thai and was married to the art teacher. I have a painting of his that he gave to my parents. She was a very kind woman. Hello,
First of all, thank you all for the energy you give in keeping contact for former students. Memories make our life. Even if it is always sad to learn the departure of somebody who was part of your life.
Mrs Bunnag was a very elegant and strict lady. Actually, I was very impressed of her very paused way of talking and making things clear of understanding. I remember her watching in a friendly way, at lunch time, girl student’s wear. She would make her point subtly clear if fantasy clothing or make up was a little overboard. She had a special way of appearing somewhere without noticing her presence, which was her job to watch on us for our best.
